Do I qualify for free delivery?
While we try to give all our customers free delivery, some locations require an additional fee to enable delivery. Please check out our full delivery guide to see if you are eligible for free delivery.
I need 2.4 packs to match my measurements, do you split packs?
We can split packs to match your precise measurements, we always recommend ordering a bit extra usually 10% to allow wastages and breakages. We do charge a Split Pack fee.
Do you provide a laying guide?
We provide a standard laying guide with all our products. It can be emailed across if needed too.
Do you sell samples as i am not sure about the colour?
We send out samples of all the products we sell. We charge £5.99 for postage of the sample.
How many days does it take for delivery?
Delivery is subject to your chosen delivery type. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Economy delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched the next working day after placing the order
Can i have pallets delivered to my back garden/driveway?
All deliveries are done by third-party hauliers, using a tail-gate and pump-lift, it is a kerbside drop only.
What size area does each crate cover?
Crate sizes vary but the m² coverage of each is listed on the product page.
Crate coverage reflects the total area that you can expect to cover using the stone, including the recommended joint widths for spaces between the slabs. This is to help give a realistic figure of the area that the product will cover once laid to help you place your order accurately.
